sofasoda x Gen.T To disrupt to change for the better and to inspire change together. Working with NPOs helps us with just this: influencing diverse groups and moving forward as a society.
The Gen.T Disrupt Series is a collaboration of sofasoda and Gen.T. Courses are available through sofasoda annual subscription, 5-course pack or single course purchases.
Payment methods:
a. Credit card payments via VISA, Mastercard are accepted. (Note: Processing fees may occur for some credit cards. Contact your bank for more details.)
b. For wire transfer, contact us for bank account details. Send mail to: yo@sofasoda.com / subject: Wire transfer bank account details (Only available for 5-course pack or single course purchases.)
c. To add a business administration number (BAN) on the invoice, please provide it to us after completing the transaction (see “E-invoice” section under FAQ for details).
Once your payment is processed, an email confirming the purchase will be sent to your registered email address. Contact us if you don’t receive one.
With an active subscription, annual subscription members can access the Disrupt Series and all sofasoda learning content.
To unsubscribe, go to “Account settings” to update your plan. Remember to do so BEFORE the auto renewal on the next payment date. You can continue to assess content on sofasoda until your current plan expires and subscription becomes inactive. From then on, you will only be able to watch single/pack purchase items and free videos.
If course videos were obtained via single/pack purchases, the content will be available to you for lifelong learning. Thus, switching to a subscription plan will NOT make the original purchase(s) eligible for refund.

Your e-invoice will be emailed to the email you registed on the 10th business day of the following month from your purchase date. Example: for purchases made in September, e-invoices will be sent out on the 10th business day of October.
For a paper invoice, contact us via email with the following info:
- Invoice title
- Business administration number (BAN)
- Company address
Please make sure all info provided is correct. Anything later than the fifth business day of the following month from the purchase date will NOT be accepted.
Once a winner is drawn, an email will be sent to notify them. Winners must have an active subscription to claim prize. If the winner doesn't reply within 7 days, the prize will be passed to the next qualified participant. sofasoda reserves the right to make changes in event details.
